How much does a golf caddy make a hour?

Let me put it this way, the richest sportsperson in New Zealand, is Tiger Wood's caddy. But he is a pro's pro. Regular caddies don't make jack. Why pay a caddy when you can jump on the golf cart? Seriously, bad choice. If you won't give golf advice, what is the point of having you around?
