Where can I find a golf academy on a tropical island?

QUESTION: I normally take a vacation once a year over the Christmas and New Year Holiday. This year I have gotten serious about golf and would like to incorporate golf with my vacation, so I am looking for a tropical destination (beautiful beaches: Hawaii, Cost Rica, Caribbean destination, etc.) that has a golf academy.
