What is a good golf club for a beginner at a driving range?

QUESTION: I just took one lesson at the driving range, and the instructor was nice enough to give me a used golf club. Even though, it allows me to practice after my lesson, it is old and worn out, and may even affecting my performance. How am I to pick out a driver that is "right" for me? ANSWER:
