Daddio, ANY company or business can donate to your event and there is no limit as to how much... whether the amount will be eligible for a tax deduction depends on the amount being donated (this is in the US, unsure about other countries though). As far as how much to ask for, that is entirely up to you... maybe start at twenty-five or even fifty dollars and go from there. Oh and good luck on your tournament, sounds like fun with a very worthwhile cause.
