What can I use as boundaries for a homemade mini golf course?

QUESTION: I'm designing a homemade mini golf course for a college social event. It needs to be somewhat cheap and doesn't have to be fancy, just sufficient. Anyone have any ideas of what I can use to make boundaries? (I'm hoping for 9 holes) Also, right now I'm using a plastic drinking cup as a hole. Any better ideas? Thanks everyone! ANSWER:

Dude just take the people out to a mini putt facility and book it for however long you need it for and have your party there. Or just dump the idea please! drinking cups for holes, this is college
