I am having troubling finding the measurements or blueprints for a disc golf basket. I want to make my own but cannot find any good measurements. Please help me if you can.

Not surprisingly, the Professional Disc Golfers Association website (www.pdga.com) has this answer along with just about every other one would ever need.
