What are some reasonably priced golf courses near Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods?

QUESTION: I am trying to plan a bachelor party and cannot seem to find much information about golf courses in the area besides the ones owned by the resorts. I am also looking for reasonable accomodations in the area ANSWER:

Reasonable rates are not on the casino's agendas. There are four courses nearby that are open to public play. These are Norwich Golf Club, Shennecossett Golf Club , Cedar Ridge Golf club and Elmridge golf course. I've played Norwich and Shennecossett and they are pleasing tracks with moderate fees.
