There is no "best". Golf Pride is considered "best" because they're the most visible brand. It's all based off of personal preference. I've used grips from Premio, Golf Pride (DD2, Tour Velvet, Multi-Compound), Iomic, Winn (X17, Winn Lite Soft Hero), Tacki-Mac (Itomic), Sharpro (non-cord multi-compound, corded multi-compound), Karma (multi texture, tour velvet, dual matrix), Lamkin (performance plus, crossline, performance + 3gen) and Black Widow (Tour Silk). They've all performed spectacularly- and they're all at varying price points.
The thing with grips is, they are the least expensive component of the club (not counting the ferrule), so they're the easiest to experiment with. Why not do that with the driver, or 6i? Hunt around- there's plenty of options, some brands that I haven't used yet (like Grip One or Star). You won't know what's your personal best until you find out for yourself.
