QUESTION:
I am a sophomore in college and I will be transferring in the fall, I am looking to play college golf at wherever I transfer to (let to be decided) but I would be considered a walk on. I am just wondering what my chances are of making it onto the team or is this just a silly dream I have?

It depends upon how good you are, are you in the program now and if so, why transfer out?
Did you try out at your school? Great choices in SC are Clemson and Coastal Carolina but you better be good.
