What are my chances of being either a walk on player or transfer from a community college to a good golf progr?

QUESTION: I am a sophmore in college and I am cuurently playing on my community college's golf team. I am shooting about a solid 78 right now and I am hoping to trasfer out of state (from CA) to a top name golf program. What are my chances of making the team? ANSWER:
