Q&A: How to get into a habit of practicing golf?

QUESTION: I want to get better at golf but my parents are divorced and my golf clubs are in TX and my mom won't let me bring them to my dad's and my dad doesn't have much money. So I try to practice without anything, just practice swinging, but I get bored and don't want to do it. Is there anyway I could make it more fun so I can get better? ANSWER:

I would practice putting. You just need a putter, a green, and like 6 golf balls.
