Q&A: How do I prevent dipping my knees and shoulders in my downswing of my golf swing?

QUESTION:
My take away of my golf swing is fine but my downswing seems to have some flaws. I dip my back shoulder and knees causing the ball to have a high trajectory off the tee. I don’t pop the ball straight up but I’m losing a lot of distance off the tee because of this. Also, it causes me to hit the ball high on the face of my driver. Are there any drills or things I can do to fix this problem?

duct tape some lead pipes to your legs so they’ll at least run along the length of the middle of your shins to the middle of your thighs. as long as they run parallel to your knees. be warned, once you do you won’t be able to bend over or anything, so if you have to take a shitt, you’re doomed.
