Q&A: How can I walk on to my college golf team?

QUESTION: I am currently a 2 handicap according to my GHIN and have only played a limited amount of tournaments so I am not very experienced. Golf is a huge passion of mine and I am continuing to get better. The only problem is the school I attend is a D1 program and they just got a new golf coach. What should I do? ANSWER:

Tell him what you just told us and prove yourself on the course, If what you say is true the Coach would have to be an idiot to pass on a talent as yourself. Good Luck.
