Is there any place in the Seattle area that rents quality golf clubs independently?

QUESTION: I'm travelling to the area soon and planning to golf. Most of the times, public courses don't have quality clubs to rent from. I'm wondering if there are any independent places that rents them (like in Vegas). ANSWER:
