I have a golf tournament tomorrow and I was wondering if there is any advice on it. It is a big tournament for me. Is there any way to stay calm or focus better? Or just any advice?

This is going to require much composure on your part. Starting at the practice range, the only thing to concentrate on is the shot you are about to hit and where you intend it to go.. That is the thought and game plan for the tournament. That applies to every shot starting with the drive from the first tee. When you arrive at the drive,” what must I do next ?” Do that for the entire tournament, Forget about what you must score. This is what players refer to as ” course management “.
