QUESTION:
How should I pack a single golf club (not a set) for a flight? Any tips will be appreciated. And, how should I handle it? should I carry it into the cabin, etc.

Get a golf club shipping box from a golf store (most have spares on hand or new ones). Pack it as if you were shipping it to someone. Check the club, you can not take a club on the flight.
