It depends on what you are exactly looking to get done. Are you totally replacing the shafts, or just resizing them? Grips go from $ 5-$ 10 a piece, just for the hardware. You'll have to shop around for the labor as most places just charge a flat rate. My local shop around here charges $ 10 a club just to reshaft and regrip, and I have to supply all the parts. In the end, you may just be better off purchasing new clubs.
