In my experience someone who is the least experienced is the most likely to give advice…that being said; whichever side you are addressing the ball from (left side of body for right handed, right side of body for left handed) should be the power arm. For me as a righty me left hand is closer to the end of the grip with the right hand closer to the club face. The left had is the power hand which pulls the club forward into the power path then finally into the ball. For you it would be your right hand closer to the top of the club pulling the club forward to the right. The key is keeping your lower hand relaxed while the top hand (the one closer to the top of the grip) well gripped to pull the club forward. A good practice technique is to use only your power hand and leave your left hand hanging by your side, when you can get the feel of the club being pulled into the ball and up over your side, you should be hitting farther and more accurately. Good luck.
