How come every golf drive attempt I make is a grounder?

QUESTION: I'm just learning to golf. I can use the putter and irons good enough to get by. But I can't drive with the the driver (#1) to save my life. At best I get a 75 yard grounder. I end up having to use my 7 iron to tee -off. What am I most likely doing wrong? ANSWER:
