How can you get custom designed disc golf discs made?

QUESTION: I have a couple of disc golf discs that I bought that were custom designed by the seller. But how can I design a disc, pay to get it made, and then get it sent to me? Are there are website companies or disc companies that you can submit designs to and they create your disc for you? ANSWER:
