Hitting your tee shot in a hazard is never fun, but sometimes you can get lucky and play it out. That happened to Matt Every on Sunday at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. His tee shot on the par-4 third hole found the water, but it was playable and Every went after it.
The result? Just a hole-out from 124 yards for eagle.
Every’s reaction might be the best part of the video. He knows he hit a great shot out of the water, but to hole it out? That’s when golf is really, really fun.
