You see the picture above? That’s from 1997, the year Tiger Woods burst onto the golf scene (well, more than he already had) with that incredible Masters win that basically changed the game of golf forever.

And I hate to tell you this, but that was a loooong time ago. Woods is now 37 (he shares his December 30th birthday with a basketball player you may have heard of named LeBron James), and closer to the Champions Tour than when that above picture was taken. It’s crazy to think that Woods is nearing his 40s, but if 2012 was any indication, he still has plenty of PGA Tour wins in his future.
As for majors? That is still to be determined, but a hearty Devil Ball happy birthday to our most clickable athlete.
