Patrick Reed was so happy he made an ace on Saturday at the Shell Houston Open, he couldn’t wait to get to his ball.

Reed made the hole-in-one on the 188-yard, par-3 16th hole with a 5-iron at the Golf Club of Houston, celebrating on the tee box with his looper. As he made his way toward the hole, Reed passed his playing competitors and raced his caddie to pick up the ball out of the hole.
The hole-out got Reed under par for the back nine, which he played first on the third round, turning in 2-under 34.
