Paulina Gretzky’s Golf Digest cover turned heads. Now, a parody’s looking to turn stomachs.
Behold the horrifying gender reversal of the cover, featuring middle-aged and, well, “shapely” men in the exact same pose and outfit as Ms. Gretzky. Chances are this won’t draw quite the level of protest the original did, though it probably should.
LPGA golfers protested the inclusion of Ms. Gretzky on the cover. “We don’t get respect for being the golfers that we are,” Stacy Lewis said, according to the New York Times. “Obviously, Golf Digest is trying to sell magazines. But at the same time you’d like to see a little respect for the women’s game.”
