I am running a golf tournament to help raise money for a local high school football team. I need games to play during the tournament. we already have closest to hole and longest drive.

I am looking for games to play at each hole, not for the whole round

You should play best ball.
Basically everyone on a team hits off the tee and then the team selects which ball to play. From there every one from the team shoots from that position, picking up the other balls that were not chosen. and you continue in that fashion.
