Q&A: What are possible causes for early releasing the golf club in the downswing?

QUESTION:
I am looking for reasons, drills, or suggestions to help fix an early release in the golf swing.
I am looking for causes, solutions, or drills thanks. By early release I mean flipping my hands through the ball so loft is added to the shot, but at impact i am looking for the club to be delofted or square. Thank you
