It’s going to have like waterfalls in it and bridges and all different kinds of creative golf courses. The golf course is going to be indoors and each golf course is gonna be a little bigger than most.

Probably a lot more than you think; you’ll need to buy land, and if it’s going to be indoors a building. You’ll have to pay for utilities for that building (lights, heating/cooling, etc.), plus all of your operating expenses (ie employees). You’ll also have to pay for all of the course material (carpeting, balls, putters, scorecards, etc etc) after making a precise layout for what you want your course to be. If you want waterfalls that’s a water bill as well. You sound like you don’t really know what you’re doing, so the absolute lowest i’d say for this type of project is around $ 50,000
