I am looking into building a mini golf course in a town that very badly needs one. How much is it to make one? Also, what are some tips that you have for building one?

For a real success, I would suggest adding Pitch and Putt as well as a driving range. The cost will depend on what you have available to spend. There are many companies on the web that have the necessary stuff to start a mini course and driving range.
