Before this year, Jason Dufner was known as the guy who choked away a golden opportunity to win his first major championship. But now? He’s making a name for himself as a top contender on the PGA Tour after winning early in the season at the Zurich Classic. It’s funny how our perception of people can change in less than 12 months. Dufner has a chance to make an even bigger impression on the golfing world on Sunday, taking a one-shot lead into the final round of the HP Byron Nelson Championship. But like the Zurich, he’ll have some stiff competition chasing him, including Jason Day (7-under) and Matt Kuchar (4-under). Final round television coverage starts on CBS at 3 p.m. EST.
