This week marks the first week of the FedEx Cup playoffs, and if nothing else, it’s a pretty beautiful spot to spend a few hours playing some golf.
The Barclays kicks off on Thursday at Liberty National Golf Club for the first time since 2009 (Heath Slocum was the champion that year), and it is a golf course that gives you plenty of views of New York City, the Statue of Liberty and the biggest names in the game of golf.
It might not have the history of Augusta National or the brilliance of Pine Valley, but Liberty National sure is a beautiful spot for a good walk spoiled.
