It’s been a pretty fun week to be 19-year-old Jordan Spieth. Last week at the Puerto Rico Open it was a third round hole-in-one by Spieth that made the highlights, but it was his weekend 67s that landed him tied for second and a payday of $ 308,000.
This week at the Tampa Bay Championship Spieth is at it again, and this time from a greenside bunker on the par-5 11th hole. Just his second hole of the tournament, Spieth pitched in for an eagle that got him to 2-under and landed him PGA Tour’s Shot of the Day.
A few bogeys pushed Spieth to a round of 1-over 72, but still, the teenager has definitely enjoyed the last week of being a professional golfer.
