Phil Mickelson appears on the ‘Today Show,’ plays Matt Lauer in ping-pong

One of the cool things about guys winning majors is that we get to see them a few more times the following week as the media blitz begins. Phil Mickelson is currently on one, and stopped by the “Today Show” to chat about his British Open win, his foundation with wife Amy and show off his ping-pong skills.

Mickelson is always a great sound bite, and this was another great few minutes from the five-time major champion because you can actually see in his face how excited he gets to talk about his charity just as much as he does about his golf.

Update: Phil wasn’t so bad on “The Dan Patrick Show” as well. Video below …
