We know a ton of the traditions of the Masters, but no celebration is as famous in the golf world as the jump into Poppie’s Pond.
The winner of the Kraft Nabisco Championship always takes a leap into the water just to right of the 18th green with friends, family and their caddie as a traditional celebration after signing their scorecard, and on Sunday it was Lexi Thompson’s turn to take the plunge.
But it wasn’t Lexi that stole the show. That belonged to her caddie, Benji Thompson (no relation), who did a full front flip into the water as the team got soaked in celebration.
We’ve seen some pretty memorable moves into the water in the past, but Benji, a former Augusta National caddie, might have the best jump ever.
